Please help save my cat

This is my cat, Pierre, he's 5 years old and is one of the sweetest animals I've ever met. When I adopted they told me that he didn't come from a good home, but with time and effort, he began to open up and trust me. Now I found out that he has a tear in his heart sac that has allowed part of his liver to go through it and could lead to some way more serious issues should part of his intestines go in it. This has also caused some serious breathing issues. There are days when it doesn't even seem like he can breathe at all. The vet is very hopeful that with the surgery he will be able to live a long and wonderful life.  Please if you could donate just a small amount or even just share this that would help a lot.
