Located at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in the Bluegrass state, D.A.A.D Distilling Co. is a black-owned and managed craft distillery of ultra-premium spirits. Founded and registered in April of 2023 by four men who are dads, D.A.A.D Distilling Co. strives to inspire and be a great contributor to the bourbon industry, while focusing on continuous improvement and growth. With the knowledge, patience and appreciation, D.A.A.D is mixing the educational approach of science and arts to craft premium spirits. We seek to create and make our history while adding to the story of bourbon.

- To create exceptional quality, high-value bourbon whiskey from the finest ingredients in the state of Kentucky. We aspire to inspire and contribute to the world of spirits while maintaining a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Our set of guiding principles represents values that orient and positively influence the conduct of persons that are associated with D.A.A.D Distilling Co. LLC. These moral values establish a framework for expected behavior and decision-making in our day-to-day operations.

Our proposal.

Our main goal is rural development for better sustainment of life. The potential for D.A.A.D to build in and develop rural areas is immensely beneficial for the state of Kentucky, in particular, Garrard County and those similar. From this, we plan to be active throughout the communities and school districts, supporting families and the youth. In the future, we seek to build a community of D.A.A.D employees and families, that will provide, but not be limited to child daycare services, transportation services to the distillery, fitness center, marketplace, education hall, playgrounds, and walking trails.
We're telling the stories of the untold, paying homage to all of those before us, and giving the public a unique distillery experience. In the future when you visit, I'm certain you wouldn't want to leave...
