Build a handicap ramp

I recently have been told that I need an electric wheelchair to remain independant.  I cannot stay where I live now because it is not wheelchair accessable, therefore I have to move and where I am moving to will allow me to build a ramp but at my expense.  Being on Social Security Disability I don't have the funds to build a ramp so I am asking my family and friends for help.  By helping me you will be helping me maintain my independance.  Please help!!!
