Jason had open heart surgery on 11/7/2017 and never recovered
He had many complications and today 11/17/2017 a week before his 38th birthday he went to be with the lord.
We were not able to get him life insurance due to him having already had a heart condition when he was born so at this time we need to raise the money to have a funeral for my husband
