FM hearing system

Hi my name is Robin and my 8 year old grandson is in need of a FM System to help him with his hearing.. This system is a device that helps with normal hearing when they have a delay with the information that they recieve.. Your right ear is your stronger ear and sends the information to your left side of the brain, needless to say his is not and all information he hears takes about a 2 to 3 minutes to process and it is causing him to fall behind in school. I have been told by his audiologist that in order for him to advance he needs this device. It will be a big benefit for him to continue foward, in case you are not familar with this type of device it is a ear piece and a transformer for him to wear and a microphone for the teacher to wear and talk into so that he will hear in his right ear as if he is the only person she is talking to in class. This device will transfer the information in the way it should go and that is from the right ear to the left brain then to the right side of the brain..

This device is $1500.00 and medicaid does not cover this and being on a fixed income myself this amount will not be easy to come up with in a short amount of time with school starting back in about a week. His father is not around to provide for him, and his mother is disabled, the only income we have is disabilty which is very little. I would like to be able to have this for him with in the first month of school so that he can start out and finish the year in the best way possible for learning.
