Help with bills due to illness

Hello everyone. I have started this in the hopes of raising some money to assist in paying our household expenses and car payments. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy for Lymphoma at the Mayo clinic in Rochester, MN. I have been out of work since mid-day and all my time off is long gone.
