Please Help me change my life

Hey Everyone! As embarrassed as I am about asking for help, I need this, so here it goes. 

My name is Teri. I am a 26 year old mother to five beautiful children. I am taking a huge step within the next few months to completely change my life. Anyone who has ever met me could tell you I'm smart, funny, bubbly, beautiful, and overweight. I have been this way my entire life due to my extremely low metabolism.I promise you I have tried many diets and attempted life style changes in the past (Weight Watchers, Atkins, Palo Diet, Crossfit, keto, prescription meds and the list goes on) and while at time I have lost 30-60 lbs, it come right back when I'm not starving myself. I have back and neck pain, trouble breathing, hormone imbalances, severe depression, anxiety and elevated cholesterol. I am on the verge of type two diabetes. I am ready to stop simply existing and start living my life! At the end of November,Dr.  Hatch will perform a gastric  bypass on me. The preparation  before the operation and the struggle afterwards are going to test me in everyway possible. I will never again be able to drink a soda because of the carbonation, eat and drink at the same time, have anything with a fat content over a certain level. I may lose some hair, and I will have loose skin, but the point is not for vanity, but for health. I want to see my kids grow up.  I want to live my life to the fullest and I am taking those steps to do that. Please help me by donating  to help cover the deductibles and some expenses for the surgery. I am so grateful for all of my family and friends that will love and support me through this very trying time. I do not like to ask for help and if anyone has anyone work they need done, i will work to make money as well. Anyone that is able to help, please know I will be eternally grateful!
