Greg Roque Bike Accident Amputation

My brother, Greg, was in a sever motorcycle accident and is in need of assistance. Below is his narrative of what happened. I have add several pictures to show the impact of not watching for motorcycles has on a person.
"I was coming home from work on the 19th of May. As I rounded a corner, a car came to a rolling stop and took a left hand turn in front of me. I blew my air horns, started down shifting, there simply was no room for the car and my Harley. I attempted to miss the car and was pushed in to the guard rail. I traveled 30 feet against the guard rail and came to rest partially in a driveway and a main road.
As I laid in the raod, I conducted a Self-assesment I noted my right foot was severely injured; hanging only by my achilles tendon folded under me barely attached. I was bleeding profusely. I applied a tourniquet to my leg to stop the bleeding. Which saved my life. I woke up in the air ambulance on the way to the Albany, NY trauma center.
My ankle was operated on 5 times in the attempt to save my foot. The team of surgeons and I determined that it would be in my best interest to have the foot removed.
I am now facing many months of rehabilitation, altering my entire outdoor lifestyle and refitting my home all because this avoidable accident.
Any funds collected will be used to pay uncovered medical bills, refitting my home to make it accessable, refit my car to make it drivable and to reassemble my new life to be as active as possible.
This adds a tremendous about of the stress and hardship to me as an already disabled combat vet. I have made a great deal of changes to adjust to a disabled life and now due to this accident many more changes are coming.
