Help Blue get better

I don't normally do this and I'm not one to ask for help I like to figure things out and stand on my own but financially I just can't do that. I took our dog Blue to the vet today and found out he is potentially in kidney failure that his kidney enzymes are way too high. He has lost alot of weight and is not eating much food unless enticed. The Dr says the only thing that could help him bounce back is to take him to VetMED in an ICU situation to get him fluids and make sure there's not an underlying cause that is what started it. They won't give me the exact amount until he is seen but I was given a ballpark of $1500+. If you are able to donate anything its greatly appreciated, if not please share it! Thank you so much.
