Every year, thousands of lost and abandoned animals are cared for at Minneapolis Animal Care & Control, including dogs that need to get outside to enjoy fresh air, run, play, and take care of business!
I’m a volunteer at MACC, and we are raising funds to build a new outside dog run. We currently have one small, concrete run for the many dogs that come our way, and they would sure love a new, comfortable place outside to stretch and play! We’re raised $20,000 to date, so are roughly half way there!
We really need your help! I have agreed to be “kenneled” and then “adopted” from the Dog House when I raise $1,000 for this project. Any donation is appreciated and donations to local government are often tax-deductible. Please contact your financial or tax advisor.
