D. Frazier's H. S. Prom Project

D. Frazier, producer of the 2016 Hairstylist, Barber & MUA Showcase, benefitting participants of Children Of Promise, NYC (service provider for kids who have incarcerated parents), has always been an advocate for 'at-risk' youth, especially young girls. Helping a young girl who is homeless attend prom by giving her the most glamorous hairstyle she has ever dreamed of, is what this page is all about. 

D. Frazier is partnered with NYC Dept. Of Education program A. S. E. T. Female Empowerment Group to make this wish a reality for more than 6 very deserving college bound teens. Here's some info about the girls your donations will help beautify:
