On March 19, the Governor of Colorado mandated Salons and Barbershops close until April 30 for the safety of everyone due to the widespread Coronavirus. Beloved Locals Barbershop & Salon in Colorado Springs was forced to shut its doors.
As a small business, this truly affects the staff and their families financially. The owners, Etienne and Megan Hardre, have worked hard to fight for the benefits of their employees and this is truly heartbreaking.
