Dogs Starving at Iskele Shelter

We have many dogs that are starving to death in Iskele dog shelter, North Cyprus, who the local council have stopped giving any money to to pay to feed these poor dogs. They are left without food for days on end, the staff are currently going to the local hotels to get the scraps from mealtimes to give to the dogs. Please help as much as you can, £10 is a large bag of dog food, it takes roughly 12/14 bags to feed the dogs over a day.
