Dear Family & Friends,
As you may have heard the unfortunate news that our most beloved Cynthia "Cindy" Ritz, recently passed due to her battle with COVID. She gained her wings and went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 18, 2021. Cindy is survived by her Significant Other, Gilbert Lopez, her Children, Samuel Morales, Xavier Morales, Parents, Brother, Sister and a host of nieces and nephews.
Those who knew Cindy, knew that she was an incredible soul who was kind, selfless, genuine, and most loving. She had a passion for serving her students, family and friends. Whether in the classroom, family member's home, or at the Bingo hall, she was always bringing joy, laughter, motivation and inspiration to those around her. She was an amazing Teacher who loved her students tremendously. She was passionate about teaching and serving her students, faculty, and staff that she worked with. She cared deeply for all her students and would do anything to ensure that they were successful. She was a loving mother, sister, daughter, niece, and aunt who went above and beyond to support her family's needs, wants, and cares. She had so many close friends who she treated as family. Her love for everyone is indescribable. Words could never measure up to the type of person Cindy was nor the amount of love Cindy gave.
Cindy's pride & joy were her two boys, Samuel and Xavier. She loved her boys greatly. Cindy was a wonderful devoted mother and was so proud of the young men that she was raising. This unexpected and devastating loss has left her family with tremendous sadness. We want to honor Cindy's life by giving her the memorial that she deserves as well as the assistance that her boys may need during this time. As the cost of the funeral is high, the donations would greatly help with the expenses as well as the remaining amount of donations would go to her two boys.
We have received so many kind words, prayers, and offerings of donations that we decided to create this GoFundMe page for Cindy. We understand that while times are tough during this pandemic, that any amount will help ease the financial burden and would be a blessing for Cindy's family.
Thank you to everyone who has shown their love and support for Cindy's loved ones whether it was in person, over the phone, or through social media. All prayers, thoughts, and displays of affection are very appreciated. We thank you for loving Cindy the way she loved everyone.
