Cynthia and Luke's medical fund

I have created this campaign for Luke Rivera.  He will always press on and not ask for help.  Sometimes we all need a hand-all you need to do is accept it.
On April 21st, Cindy Rivera was admitted to the hospital for an upper-respiratory infection.  Little did anyone know that her body, already weakened by other illnesses, would not be able to fight off what most of us would consider a bad cold.
Her condition worsened.  She ended-up in coma and was unable to breath on her own for 2 weeks.
Luke her husband, family and friends were by her side throughout, willing her to wake up.  After a difficult struggle, she finally opened her eyes on May 6th, a belated birthday gift for her husband, who never left her side. The uphill road to recovery began.
Cindy has since transitioned to an inpatient physical rehabilitation facility, as she tries to regain her strength and recover from the toll that this illness has taken on her body.
We are asking for donations to help manage the astronomical medical bills and lost wages that Luke and Cindy have incurred. Luke is the family's sole provider and is struggling to make ends meet. You will never meet a more dedicated husband and father. Any amount that you can donate would be greatly appreciated.  If you can't donate, your prayers are always welcome.
