Medical Bills

As many of you may know, we have experienced a year of medical crisis combined with a lapsed insurance policy and then coverage for my daughter Brynne was denied through that same company. These factors combined have left us with upwards of $14,000 in medical expenses. This is after financial assistance and discounts of nearly $10,000. Here is a brief list from January to April, of the source of the majority of expenses: 2 ER visits, diagnoses including: L5 herniation that is extremely severe, a fractured rib head, allergic responses to meds, appendectomy, a knee injury. She is still receiving decompression therapy for her herniation that is not covered by anything. Thankfully we now belong to a share program that will cover the appendectomy but as you can well see the expenses from the beginning of the year have left us carrying a huge financial load that I cannot carry on my own as a self-employed person. I know many of you are under financial stress, so I completely understand if you cannot give towards this, but I have been urged by friends and family to put this need out there.
