Cylon Centurion voice 1978

Hallo! Mijn naam is Janec van der Lans. Bijna 10 jaar geleden ben ik begonnen als audio hobbyist  met de zoektocht naar de techniek achter de cylon centurion robot stem van de serie battlestar galactica uit 1978. Na veel onderzoek is gebleken dat de audio techniek die daarvoor nodig is geheim is gehouden. Er zijn technische documenten en aantekeningen gemaakt door de award winning sound engineer, Peter Berkos. Deze aantekeningen zijn helaas verloren gegaan in een verwoestende brand in de grote universal studio opslag. Heel veel historisch materiaal is destijds verloren gegaan. Dhr Berkos is nu over de 90 jaar en kan zich weinig meer herinneren van het audio proces. In 2013 ben ik als hobbyist gaan investeren inapparatuur waarvan ik dacht dat nodig zou zijn. Ik zat er niet ver naast maar niet dicht genoeg. In 2014 ben ik al mijn apparatuur verlorendoor de crisis en geboorte van mijn eerste zoon. Voordat ik mijn apparatuur heb moeten verkopen heb ik een kleine documentaire gemaakt die op YouTube staat. “The secret signal of excitation, in search of the cylon centurion voice”. In 2018 kreeg ik wederom contact met 2 personen uit de Verenigde Staten. Samen met henhebben we uiteindelijk begin maart 2020 het geheim van de cylon centurion stem uit 1978 ontrafeld. Mede door contacten met personen die voor universal studio’s hebben gewerkt en nog steeds actief zijn in Hollywood. Met deze oproep wil ik de apparatuur aanschaffen die nodig is om de cylon centurion stem te recreëren. Het zal gaan om 4 apparaten. Voor diegene die mij hierin steunt wil ik graageen, dan te maken, gedetailleerde documentaire aanbieden op USB stick en desgewenst uw eigen stem laten transformeren naar de authentieke cylon centurion robot stem. bedankt! —————————————- Hello, My name is Janec van der Lans. Technical documents and notes have been made by award winning sound engineer, Peter Berkos. Unfortunately, these notes were lost in a devastating fire in the large universal studio storage. A lot of historical material was lost at the time. Mr. Berkos is now over 90 years old and cannot remember much of the audio process. In 2013, as a hobbyist, I started investing in equipment that I thought would be necessary. I was not far off but not close enough. In 2014 I lost all my equipment due to the crisis and the birth of my first son. Before I had to sell my equipment, I made a small documentary on YouTube. “The secret signal of excitation, in search of the cylon centurion voice”. In 2018 I got in touch again with 2 people from the United States. Together with them, we finally unraveled the secret of the 1978 Cylon Centurion Voice in early March 2020. Partly through contacts with people who have worked for universal studios and who are still active in Hollywood. With this call I want to purchase the equipment needed to recreate the cylon centurion voice. It will be 4 devices.
