Benvenuto sulla pagina crowdfunding di Cycle 2 Recycle for Italy!

Mi chiamo Myra e questa estate pedalerò con la mia bici cargo (non assistita!) attraverso tutta l'Italia a raccogliere dei rifiuti di plastica. 6500km attraverso 18 regioni italiane in 100 giorni. Che avventura!




Faccio questa cosa per sensibilizzare le persone al grande problema dell'inquinamento di plastica, e quindi per motivare le persone a ripensare i proprio abitudini rispetto alla plastica monouso. Parto sabato 4 luglio da Torino e tornerò nella stessa città domenica 11 ottobre.

Questa campagna crowdfunding però l'ho lanciata per un motivo diverso: sarà una raccolta fondi per il Banco Alimentare.
Dopo aver letto vari articoli sui giornali che raccontavano delle tante famiglie in Italia che si trovano in difficoltà a causa della pandemia, ho deciso che volevo cercare di dare una mano.

E quindi se sostenete i miei sforzi ambientalistici, e se volete darmi una mano: vi invito a fare una (piccola) donazione a questa mia campagna crowdfunding!

Welcome to the Cycle 2 Recycle for Italy crowdfunding page!

My name is Myra and this summer I will cycle with my (non-electric!) cargo bike throughout Italy to collect plastic waste from along the roadside. 6500km across 18 Italian regions in 100 days. What an adventure!




I decided to go on this challenge to raise more awareness about the big problem that is plastic pollution, and therefore to motivate people to rethink their habits concerning disposable plastics. I start from Turin on Saturday 4 July and will return to the same city on Sunday 11 October.

However, I launched this crowdfunding campaign for a different reason: it will be a fundraiser for the Italian Food Bank.
After reading various articles in the newspapers about the many families in Italy that are experiencing difficulties due to the pandemic, I decided that I wanted to try and help out.
