Funeral costs

On sept 13th my dad passed away. This has been a very difficult time for me and this is why I took a little bit of time to just keep to myself and mourn the loss of my dad. He had been in and out of hospitals for over a year. Each time they diagnosed him with pneumonia, and he never seemed to fully get over it.  A couple months ago they finally did a biopsy which discovered he had lung cancer and it quickly spread to multiple areas including his bones. Once diagnosed things seemed to quickly go in a downward spiral and hospice was now involved, which we all know means the end is near. All he wanted was to remain at home and not go into a facility. The family and friends he was living with ( Lanell,Jodi,Kati,Tia ) did what they could to stay by his side and care for him. Though this was really hard since a couple of them had their own medical issues and one lost her job due to not being able to go in most days since my dad needed her 24/7. They stuck by him until the very end. Now that he is gone and was the primary income, they all face the financial burden of   Not only his cremation ( they currently don’t have money to pay the mortuary for the cremation, which means his ashes will not be released until payment has been made) and the final services, which also include transporting his ashes back to Oregon where he will be buried with his mother. On top of that they will be losing the house they currently all live in since they have very little income right now. So I’m reaching out and asking for anyone who is able to, please help in this time of need.  Thank you!
