Help needed

Once again we are on the verge of losing everything.  My health is not good, and I have had to miss many days off work because of it. When I don't go to work I don't get paid.  My job went from full time to part time also.  Everything is falling apart and I have no family to turn to.  I am so humiliated and embarassed.  I tried to think of every which way around this but couldn't come up with anything.  My boys do the best they can to carry us but it's just not enough.  My health needs to get back on track.  All of this stress is not good.  My goal is to hopefully be able to pay anybody back that helped me.
