Our beautiful and loving daughter, wife, mother, sibling, and friend was found unresponsive on Friday August 8th, 2014. She was airlifted from Onslow Hospital in Jacksonville, NC to Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC.
We will post updates or changes as we receive them from the medical team.
This is a worldwide request for God to show his everlasting mercy. Please share with anyone you can. Anyone that knows Joyce knows that she is the most compassionate, friendly, and caring person you will ever meet. She would do anything to help the next person even if she didn't even know them. Joyce can make a friend anywhere and rarely walks out of a place where she hasn't made a new one. She has on many occassions invited new friends over to spend the holidays with her family just so they wouldn't have to be alone.
We ask that she is given a second chance to continue her journey to help others. Her family is by her side and we are waiting for that miracle to happen. Our family has already suffered a heartbreaking loss when Joyce's oldest daughter died unexpectedly at the age of 19. We need her to be here with us and we appreciate any help you can provide from the bottom of our hearts.
