Current home in non livable condition

Hello my name is Dianne I am a mother of 4 beautiful children two of them are disabled one has ADHD and my youngest has Charge Syndrome and went under surgery in August and didn't go as expected, I am a caregiver to my own daughter this year has been tough for us all we were left out from receiving a stimulus check and dont receive any government assistance it was denied to me and my family I also had a family loss due to COVID-19. I am asking anyone who can help me move into a new home were I currently live it is in a non livable condition and my landlord is selling the property as well the flooring is cracking in my kitchen and in the bathroom I am afraid one day one of us will sink in and paint is also chipping and pipes smell bad I can't have my kids living here specially since my daughter has a trache where she breathes through I want to move by next month but I don't have any money to do to move into new apartment it will cost around 5,000 to 6,000 that will be deposit and first month rent ,Anything will help and is highly appreciated from the bottom of our hearts we are asking for help thank you god bless and remember COVID-19 is real stay safe.
