Cups Needs Surgery

Our pup, Cups, needs help. Pomeranians tend to get luxating patellas as they age.
Cups' patellas (kneecaps) keep moving out of their normal locations, giving him intense discomfort and pain. The only solution to correct this issue is surgery. We have taken him to multiple vets and they all agree that surgery is needed ASAP.
Unfortunately, we do not have the funds upfront, which is required. Any donation (however small) would be greatly appreciated as we are very concerned pom parents. The surgery is a fee of $5,000 per leg. We hope to get the surgery for one leg as soon as we can so Cups can live the rest of his life in less pain and discomfort. Any help would be forever appreciated.
