Prototype Development

The time is now to start changing how we treat our planet and the built environment. Our start up is hoping to use crowdfunding to begin development of our first prototype of green earth developments sustainable pocket villages.

What is a pocket village?
A pocket village is a small, eco-respecting community of up to 10 “sub-lots.” These sub-lots will be designed by landscape architects to be able to accommodate Tiny Homes on wheels, Modular homes and Recreational Vehicles.  

We are hoping to raise $75,000 to purchase a parcel in the Fort Pierce,Fl area for land development and rehabilitation. Your donation will go towards the purchase of the property and installation of required hookups for the  site map.
