Aiden's Medical Fund

This is Aiden. Let me take a moment and tell you about my son. When Aiden was born I knew he was special. I remember when he was just only a few weeks old and his brother was jealous and got mad and popped him on the head. I remember when I picked Aiden up and wiped away his tears he looked at me and smiled. He just smiled at me as if everything was okay. I knew right then that he is the kind of person that will smile even though he might be hurting. Aiden is a lover, and I'm blessed that most mornings I get to wake up, and in my face are those nice beautiful round eyes of his. He usually smiles at me and kisses me on the nose holding my head in both of his hands. Last week, Aiden was hospitalized for severe headaches in which we discovered that he has an arachnoid cyst and a chiari malformation. We were told by one neurosurgeon that he would need an immediate brain operation.  Fortunately, we got a second opinion from a pediatric neurosurgeon who informed us that an operation is not needed as of yet and that we should first try to find the cause for the headache symptoms. We have already incurred medical expenses from being in the hospital on 4 different occasions in the past few weeks and anticipate a journey ahead of us as we try to find and treat the cause of Aiden's headaches which may or may not lead to an operation down the road. We are already starting our follow-ups with the Neurosurgeon and Neurologist so that we can monitor and determine the proper treatment that Aiden needs so that his everyday life as an active 3-year-old boy remains as normal as possible. Any generous donations will be used towards Aiden's medical expenses, treatment, and recovery and are truly appreciated as my wife and I have missed work due to extended hospital stays and we also have another young son to care for. Aiden loves everyone and anyone who meets him loves him back. I just thought everyone should know the boy they are praying for. The Lord is my savior, and he will save my son. He will restore my family back together again. I can never explain how grateful I am for those of you who have reached out to me and have showed so much compassion I am in debt to all of you.
