Summer program at CSCE
Tax deductible
On Saturday,
April 5th, Community School for Creative Education Board Member and Vice Chair
David Castillo will risk life and limb racing in Southern California's Counting
Coup mountain bike event. The course covers 44 miles with 8,000+ ft. of
climbing. I've decided to turn this effort into a fundraiser for CSCE, and I
need your inspiration and support.
A successful fundraiser will send a cohort
of CSCE children to the Community School 2014 Summer Program. They will secure
the gift of ongoing learning, fun, and practice of essential skills over the
summer. During the program, the children will experience the wonders of a
Waldorf Inspired Education. Each day will include math and language activities,
circle time, story time and outdoor playtime. There will be movement, poetry,
speech, singing, games and crafts. A healthy snack will be provided daily. The
program offers children crucial support to build their confidence, creativity
and critical thinking skills.
Thank you for helping make the dream of student
success come true! Any donation is very much appreciated. Navitas Naturals has
graciously agreed to match all donations up to the $5,000 limit, making this a
$10,000 fundraising effort!
