Crystal Armstrong Memorial Fund

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the sudden loss of our beloved coworker and colleague, Crystal Armstrong. Crystal started her City career at the Housing Department as an Administrative Clerk in Case Analysis/Rent Adjustment section. She has been a crucial member of our Division for 15 years. She was an extremely hard working, kind-hearted, knowledgeable, helpful and positive soul.

She passed away on 12/02/2020. Words cannot describe the devastation from the loss we feel here at HCIDLA and with her Rent Adjustment family.

She is survived by her mother and her daughter Cimone.

All funds raised will be dedicated to her daughter for her college education as it was Crystal’s wish for her daughter to receive her degree.
