In August, 2020, Hurricane Laura hit Lake Charles, Louisiana and left many homes and businesses badly damaged. CrossFit Lake Charles was no exception. Any money donated will go directly to getting the gym back on its feet by funding repairs, new equipment, etc...
Anyone who knows the owners, Sara and Freddie Hannie, know that they want nothing more than to serve their community and are always ready to help anyone in need. This is our opportunity to show them what a difference they make through their business and presence in our lives.
