As most of you know, we lost our beloved Cristyna Mariah Dernier in an unexpected way on Sunday, August 11th. Services are still being planned and any updates regarding location and times will be posted here.
What happened is beyond comprehension, and we are all still in shock. Understandably, we are struggling to cope with the sudden loss of our beautiful daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece cousin, friend and cat momma.
We have received many phone calls, messages and visits from people asking how they can help. This campaign has been set up as a way to keep everyone up-to-date with service arrangements, leave messages for the family, and give you an opportunity to donate to assist with Cristyna's funeral services.
You may have heard this about other people before, but Cristyna truly cared more for everyone else than she did herself. She is the most selfless individual we have ever met and if you were lucky enough to meet her yourself, we know you would agree. Cristyna was always open to making a friend and passed zero judgment on anyone she met. Cristyna truly embraced Love Thy Neighbor, and there was not a single person that she would not consider her neighbor. She always chose Love over Need in EVERYTHING she did.
We would like to thank all of you who lifted Cristyna up in prayer and for your continued prayers and support you have been providing for all of us. We greatly appreciate it.
