Lighting/Camera/Audio Equipment: $1500. The setting of our film predates the light bulb, so much of our budget will be spent on creating an accurate representation of candlelight. This part of the budget would also go towards additional lenses, camera rigs, boom poles, recording equipment, hard drives, etc.
Production Design: $695. This will go towards set dressing, furniture, and additional props that make our set feel artistically viable with the setting and our vision.
Wardrobe: $150. For any thrifting and rentals we will need to do for costumes!
PPE/Testing: $250. To keep us safe! This part of the budget will go towards getting our cast + crew tested for COVID-19; it also allows us to provide masks, hand sanitizer, etc. for all of our project members.
Locations: $525. Some of our set locations charge a fee for each hour that we use them. Our locations are spread across Bainbridge Island, Seattle, Port Townsend, and Port Gamble.
Transportation: $380. We're hoping to cover our cast and crew's commute to and from all of our locations as much as possible!
Food: $1350. Average of 6 people on set X $15 catered meal X 14 days shooting plus $90 in snacks.
