CREDERE SEMPRE ... MOLLARE MAI

Ciao a tutti , Mi chiamo Elena  ho 44 anni e da 10 convivo con un ospite che nessuno vorrebbe mai incontrare chiamato cancro . Nel 2010 ho scoperto di avere un carcinoma maligno al seno e dopo aver eseguito tutte le terapie standard ( chemio , radio ) ho subito una mastectomia totale al seno sinistro . Per i primi 3 anni tutto sembrava andare per il meglio , sino a quando nel 2014 ho scoperto a causa di una escrescenza sulla cute del cranio che apparentemente sembrava una banale cisti , di avere metastasi diffuse nelle ossa , polmoni( pleure ) , cute del cranio e linfonodi mediastinici . Da lì dopo aver valutato diverse strade ho ripreso le chemio terapie affiancandole a delle cure in Svizzera a supporto del mio sistema immunitario, e dopo circa un anno ho proseguito sino a Maggio 2019 con le terapie ormonali che per alcuni anni hanno “ congelato “ la malattia , sino  a quando non ho scoperto a causa di dolori lancinanti di avere una massa( maligna )  nelle spalla destra che non mi consentiva più di utilizzare il braccio e non era più gestibile per il dolore che causava ... A luglio sono stata operata ed ho cominciato una nuova terapia , sino a quando a Novembre a seguito di una Tac ho scoperto di avere anche due  metastasi  al fegato con una prognosi infausta da parte dei medici  . Da quel momento mi sono affidata ad un centro di ipertermia oncologica ( riconosciuta dal sistema sanitario nazionale ) la quale consiste con L’ utilizzo di macchinari professionali che producono radiofrequenze di portare le metastasi in necrosi bloccandone la crescita se non addirittura neutralizzandole completamente . Il centro professionale dove mi sono rivolta gestito privatamente  da una Oncologa professionale E competente mi ha permesso ad oggi  di vedere i primi risultati con la scomparsa di una metastasi ( la più piccola ) e alcune parti necrotizzate di altre .Purtroppo nonostante i risultati positivi con un primo ciclo ,  le terapie sono a pagamento ( € 400 cada una) e  ad oggi dopo molti sacrifici , non sono più in grado di permettermi di continuarle , soprattutto a fronte della crisi lavorativa dovuta al COVID che ha creato non poche  difficoltà economiche a me ed alla mia famiglia ... sono quindi a chiedere a chi lo vorrà un piccolo aiuto per permettermi di non interrompere questo percorso in cui CREDO e che mi permetterebbe di guadagnare tempo nella speranza che un giorno questa malattia resti un brutto ricordo non solo per me ma per tutti !!!! Hi everyone, My name is Elena I am 44 years old and for 10 I have been living with a guest that nobody would ever want to meet called cancer. In 2010 I discovered that I had malignant breast cancer and after performing all the standard therapies (chemo, radio) I underwent a total mastectomy in the left breast. For the first 3 years everything seemed to be going well, until in 2014 I discovered due to an outgrowth on the skin of the skull that apparently seemed a trivial cyst, of having metastases spread in the bones, lungs (pleura), skin of the skull and mediastinal lymph nodes. From there, after evaluating different avenues, I resumed chemo therapies alongside them with treatments in Switzerland to support my immune system, and after about a year I continued until May 2019 with hormonal therapies that for some years have "frozen" the disease , until I discovered because of excruciating pains of having a mass (malignant) in the right shoulder that no longer allowed me to use the arm and was no longer manageable for the pain it caused ... In July I was operated on and I started a new therapy, until in November following a CT scan I discovered that I also had two liver metastases with a poor prognosis by doctors. From that moment I entrusted myself to a center of oncological hyperthermia (recognized by the national health system) which consists of the use of professional machines that produce radio frequencies to bring the metastases into necrosis, blocking their growth if not completely neutralizing them. The professional center where I turned managed privately by a professional AND competent Oncologist has allowed me to see the first results today with the disappearance of a metastasis (the smallest) and some necrotized parts of others. Unfortunately, despite the positive results, the therapies are paid (€ 400 each) and today after many sacrifices, I am no longer able to afford to continue them, especially in the face of the work crisis due to the COVID which has created many economic difficulties for me and my family. .. I am therefore asking those who want a little help to allow me not to interrupt this path in which I believe and which would allow me to buy time in the hope that one day this disease will remain a bad memory not only for me but for everyone !! !!
