Life saving surgery needed

I write this today with my heart out of my chest. My name is Hannah Abreu. Today, Isaac, the brother of a dear friend, Yara Caraballo, is fighting for his life in Dario Contreras Hospital in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. 

Today was like any other day, until Isaac was attacked by strangers to steal his belongings. He was left with severe fractures all over the place, including the skull, and some pieces of bone pierced his brain. All of this have caused blood clots and memory loss aside from the obvious traumas. 

At least $100,000 Dominican pesos (aprox. US$ 2,100) are needed for an emergency surgery. (Cranioplasty) WITHOUT THE MONEY THEY WON'T EVEN ATTEMPT SURGERY.
He also needs blood O Rh+ which is also expensive to buy (even if you find a donor!)

Please, TELL YOUR FRIENDS, FAMILY AND COWORKERS and help me spread the word so that we can help this family with the money needed for the surgery. It may seem like a lot for 1 person, but together we can do this!
