Craig, Alex and Michael’s Dash and Dip 2020

On the 22nd of March, Michael Roche, Alex Deegan and I will be taking part in Dash and Dip 2020! The event starts on Leeson street, with a 12K run to the 40 Foot, finishing with a dip in the Irish Sea. 

All proceeds will be going to Breast Cancer Ireland, and with my mother currently going through treatment it makes it all the more important. Breast cancer affects millions of women worldwide. It has caused challenges in so many families, which are far from easy to deal with. Staggeringly, 1 in 9 women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime. Irish Breast Cancer are doing phenomenal work and research to reduce this number and find a cure for this awful disease. 

The 3 of us are looking to raise €3,000 for this amazing cause, all while getting fit and having some fun while doing it! Feel free to join us on the day for the end of run swim and possibly a few drinks after!
