Knee Replacement Bills

Here's the thing,  
I'm not a cute puppy or kitten I'm a middle aged woman just trying to keep up with my bills  I have had my knee replacement surgery and am faithfully going to PT. At 5 weeks out from the surgery they say that I'm doing well I'm hitting benchmarks etc. I hope to find out soon about returning to work but the facts are I will not be receiving my monthly pYcheck next week, which means there will not be another until end of October. I have a wonderful spouse, we are both employed etc. have a house 3 dogs and a cat. Being out of work due to the surgery & rehab for so far 5 wks, with no pay, no short term disability etc. my fabulous coworkers wanted to donate time but that was a no go, that's another story, so one of them suggested setting this site up. I hate doing this asking thing, I have always considered myself self sufficient, and have usually been on the giving end of these things but I'm taking some advice and throwing our need out there to the universe. Being without my pay for this event is going to put us under with our part of the medical as well as our usual bills
