Please Help Me Save My Car

URGENT REQUEST: My car will be towed by property management tomorrow for expired tags. I can't pass inspection because of a stuck oxygen sensor triggering the check engine light. I need Insurance, inspection & registration and towing fee to take the car to a mechanic. I have all the parts and I've tried everything to get the oxygen sensor out but it is beyond my abilities. It is not only seized but it is also stripped. The only way to remove it, is to remove the manifold (top of the engine). And then hopefully it can be separated. If not, I will have to replace the top of the manifold. 

I don't want to lose my car. I'm disabled and live alone. I need to have monthly infusion treatments at the Grady Hospital Cancer Center. I DON'T HAVE CANCER. I purchased the car with my last SSA check so that I could be able to buy food and make my doctor appointments. For the last 3 weeks I been pretty much bedridden due to Bronchitis. I had to go to the emergency room on Saturday. That didn't help much so I had to go to the doctor again yesterday for more meds. I'm so weak and tired but I need to do what I can to save my car.
