Help for PTSD from rape

I desperately need help. I was raped and sliced deeply alll over my body. I have extreme PTSD. My brain is in shut down mode for survival. I cannot work. I pass out a lot and the anxiety is a living hell. I wake in panic mode every morning if I can sleep. I am getting help but it takes a lot of therapy and I'm looking at months. I have three kids to support. I'm also afraid to leave my home. I really need help and would appreciate any. If you are willing please share this with your friends. It's not easy to ask for help.
