Medical costs hospital wound care prescription new

December 2024 I started wound care for tiny wound that was healing then Jan 23rd doctor accidentally cut 3 veins sent me home then 2 hrs later Linda rushed me to the ER where we sat for 2 days the whole time my leg filled up with blood excruciating pain leg size of a football then rushed into surgery drug out 3 quarts of coagulated blood stitched up leg put drain tube in stayed hospital 7 days put on new meds pain meds barely worked Linda is nurse changing dressing as home health said we didn’t qualify now still can’t walk without walker & wheelchair healing slowly need weeks of wound care going on 4 months now and the bills are coming in! I’m on social security disability since 2011 liver transplant & stage IV kidney disease only income is my wife’s small family business & social security check we hate to ask as y’all came through during pandemic lockdown so we didn’t lose shop and got bills paid but now again we’re in financial peril any amount helps to pay for hospital bills , monthly drugs , doctors and wound care. Texas said I don’t qualify for Medicaid either.
