Covid 19 PPE 3D Printing.

Hi , Well we all know what is going on in the world currently with this dreaded Virus that is effecting us all in way that we cannot imagine.
I was looking for ways to help in any way shape or form the front line staff who are looking after the sick and vulnerable. I stumbled onto a design for the life saving head band for the vital face mask that are desperately needed for front line staff every day they go out to care for the sick and vulnerable. I was approached by a Lady whose Husband is an anaesthetist for the Local NHS in Redditch pleading if I had any spare head bands that they could have as they had zero stock in for the next days operations. Well glad to say I had 65 that I gladly gave to the team that were collected at 00.30 in the morning( please picture of them wearing the bands).
I have been offered countless donations to help with material cost to print these bands ( which cost roughly £0.30p each, average roll of PLA filament is £18-20 with each band using 21g of filament) which is wonderful but my issue is I just can't print them quick enough.
I posted my picture on Facebook and within 1 hour I have had countless Nursing homes, two Hospitals and Local First responders contacting me to see if I have any they can have as they are completely out of stock.because of their caring instincts put themselves at risk everyday without the proper protection, The chap from the First responders came round to collect some head bands and showed me his PPE for tonight's shift it was just a pair of goggles.
I desperately want to print more and more and more of these head bands but I need a bigger printer to be able to do this. Every penny that is donated will go to either a bigger and faster printer , Materials to print the head band and if any left then to a NHS charity.
