Blown motor in truck.... need anot motor installed

In 2010 i rode a bicycle across the U.S. and was welcomed into the homes of some amazing Lakota Sioux people.

I've been in Pine Ridge, SD for the past month helping some Lakota friends get heat back on and fix up an old house. Drove my Dodge from VA to SD and did well until blizzard hit the reservation. Spent the next week helping some locals with rides, delivered fire wood and food, and got vehicles unstuck in the snow and ice.

In the midst of this I blew a valve and possibly more...currently waiting til next week to get a tow to Chadron, Nebraska to the nearest repair shop (40 miles). I had enough $ to get by and get home but this unforeseen circumstance is tapping the rest of my resources.

If you have the ability and inclination I would so appreciate any assistance.
