Fund for the Mac Shack food truck team members

Hello guys! On Thursday, November 3rd, the Texas Mac Shack was involved in an accident south of Silverton, TX, on the way to an event.

Only a week before, we were voted the Best Food Truck in Lubbock. Additionally, we serve over 50 towns across the South Plains and won multiple awards at a food truck battle in New Mexico two weeks ago. So, as you can imagine, we are devastated.

We are raising funds to help cover the loss. We are working with insurance to replace the trailer, but the most important thing for us is our team during this time. No one is injured, but our crew is family, and we want to continue to be able to support them during this time while we look for another food truck.

The Mac Shack was created for people. We live to serve, but the most incredible part of our journey has been the team of people that we have with us. Your business over the last eight months has helped us employ the most incredible team, and we hope that with your support, we can continue to do it during our downtime. 

We are currently looking for a kitchen in Lubbock that will allow us to pay rent and do pickup and delivery orders to generate revenue while the trailer is down.

We have served the entire South Plains for eight months, and we are grateful to all those who have reached out asking how they can help.
