Courtney is 15 years old. Full of ecstatic energy , love for others and lots of creativity. But what she also has is Supracellular Low Grade Glioma Pilocytic Astrocytoma …..

Or in other words , a Brain Tumour, that sits in such a place that it can't be operated due to the damage it cause and would worsen her condition. She has to go through possible years of chemo therapy and radiology to fight this tumour.

I have known Courtney and her amazing family since I was 5 years old and have watched her grow into an eager and passionate teenager, full of life and energy with a hint of sas

Courtney and her family were not just my neighbours next door , they were our closest friends and even if we do not share blood , I would say family. Not only have i grown alongside little Courtney but I have watched her grow into a insane fighter with an even crazier heart

Your donations will give help give Chloe once in a lifetime experiences from washing elephants to going to Disneyland or even seeing Paris. You’ll make her dreams come through and we can make sure she has all the experiences a teenager can have.

Courtneys mother has had to go into full care for her daughter . No easy task for any parent , but it’s love and the hope that she shall see her daughter get well again.

Whilst there is chance the tumour could be fatal - I promise you Courtney is gonna give the tumour one hell of a run for it’s money

So… you’re probably wondering what I’m gonna do, for Courtney I’m gonna run a full Marathon (something I have never done before)… I’ll give my F*%%^g all
