La Banda del Corvo e della Colomba è un piccolo gruppo di fedeli cattolici che hanno scelto di vivere seguendo l’ispirazione offerta dalla Regola di san Benedetto e dalla vita dei monaci benedettini, "affinché Dio sia glorificato in ogni cosa" (1 Pt, 4:11).
Per farlo, a partire dal 2020 ci siamo stabiliti in Umbria, in un piccolo paese sulle montagne che sovrastano Norcia, la città natale del patriarca del monachesimo occidentale e di sua sorella santa Scolastica. Qui desideriamo coltivare una vita libera e semplice, così che i nostri pensieri e le nostre opere possano essere sempre più orientati a Cristo.
Frequentiamo regolarmente il vicino Monastero di San Benedetto in Monte, dove partecipiamo alla Santa Messa e alla preghiera dell’Ufficio Divino.
Stiamo lavorando all’avvio di una piccola scuola parentale nella quale i nostri figli possano ricevere un’educazione pienamente radicata nella fede e nell’insegnamento morale della Chiesa. The "Banda del Corvo e della Colomba" is a small group of Catholic faithful who have chosen to live following the inspiration offered by the Rule of St. Benedict and the life of the Benedictine monks, "that in all things, God may be glorified" (1 Pt, 4:11).
Pursuing this goal, in 2020 we settled in a small village in the mountains overlooking Norcia, Italy, the birthplace of the father of Western monasticism and his sister St. Scholastica. Here we hope to cultivate a life that is both simple and free from distractions, so that our thoughts and actions can be more and more turned to Christ.
We regularly visit the nearby Monastero di San Benedetto in Monte. There, we attend Holy Mass and the Divine Office.
We are in the early phases of starting a small, parent-run school in which our children can receive an education that is fully rooted in the faith and moral teaching of the Catholic Church. You can help us in our effort to start the school by making a donation. We pray every day for our benefactors.

Die Banda del Corvo e della Colomba (auf Deutsch: Die kleine Gesellschaft des Raben und der Taube) ist eine kleine Gruppe von Katholiken, die ein von der Benediktregel und dem Vorbild der Benediktinermönche inspiriertes Leben führen wollen, damit in allen Dingen Gott verherrlicht werde (1 Petr 4,11).
Mit diesem Ziel vor Augen haben wir uns im Jahr 2020 in den italienischen Bergen über Norcia, dem Geburtsort des Vaters des westlichen Mönchtums und seiner Schwester, der Hl. Scholastika, niedergelassen. Wir hoffen, hier eine Lebensweise kultivieren zu können, die sowohl einfach als auch frei von Ablenkungen ist, um unsere Gedanken und Handlungen mehr und mehr auf Christus ausrichten zu können.
Dabei profitieren wir von der Nähe zum Kloster Monastero di San Benedetto in Monte , wo wir regelmäßig die Hl. Messe besuchen und am Stundengebet teilnehmen können.
Wir befinden uns derzeit in der Gründungsphase einer kleinen, von uns Eltern geleiteten Schule, in der unsere Kinder eine Ausbildung erhalten können, die vollständig im Glauben und der moralischen Lehre der katholischen Kirche verwurzelt ist.
