Hello Family and Friends,
As most of you know, Marilou, Angelica and Sean Cortes are living through the most challenging time of their lives. Their beloved, Angelo, is fighting for his life in the ICU battling COVID-19. He has endured so much and is currently intubated, on dialysis, and is on several drips to manage his pressures and maintain sedation all while his family is unable to be at his bedside due to strict visitor restrictions.
As I am sure you know, this is a heart wrenching situation. Those that know Angelo know he has the biggest heart and always brings a positive energy to any situation. He’s known as the biggest jokester that can bring a smile and laughter to anyone’s face through his silliness. In addition, his wife, Marilou has given SO MUCH support to nurses in her years as a nurse and an educator. Angelica, his daughter, is also a nurse who has spent the last several years dedicating herself to the profession. If you know this family, you know that they are always willing to lend a helping hand, lets show them that we can too.
