Coronavirus Impacted Family

My dad has contracted coronavirus from the recent outbreak in Washington state. His whole family has been impacted by this as his mother (my grandma) is currently in Life Care Center in Kirkland where the outbreak took place.  

This money would go towards medical bills already incurred, rent, groceries, and covering his loss of income. He is self employed and does not have any sick benefits. His wife is in self quarantine with him and also unable to work during this period. I want my dad to recover knowing that things will be taken care of for him and his family. His current health care deductible is quite high, so much of this would go towards that.
