Help for Cyndi's Cornea Transplants

What's Happening
My lovely and amazing mother, Cyndi Keck, needs to undergo two separate surgical transplants in the next few months to replace the corneas in both her eyes. If she doesn't have these transplants done, she'll lose her vision entirely.
When
Her first surgery is scheduled for the week of September 17th, which will come with a four-day healing period. Once the first transplant is complete and the doctors see whether it was successful or not (being a true transplant there's always a chance the body can reject the new cornea), they'll plan the second surgery for a date to be determined.
The Cost
Each transplant is projected to cost my mother $10,000 after insurance pays what it will cover. Because of this we are hoping to help her by raising any amount of money I can that can go towards helping her pay the medical bills she'll receive once these transplants occur. The current goal is to try and cover the first transplant at the very least.
Why
My wife and I are starting this GoFundMe because while my mom needs these transplants to save her vision, we don't want her to come out of the procedures with medical bills that could potentially be higher than the amount of my college loans when I finished school.
My mom loves watching Detroit Tigers baseball, Lions/Wolverines/Spartans football, movies, the Petoskey Marching Northmen and more. She's the face you see when you enter The Center Salon and has been my entire life.
