SUPPORT CO-OP MEMBER-OWNERSHIP FOR BLACK, INDIGENOUS, AND PEOPLE OF COLOR IN THE AMHERST AREA!!
There are only a small number of BIPOC-owned businesses in the Amherst area. As a food co-op, we are working to build a COMMUNITY-OWNED grocery store supporting food justice, an inclusive economy, and a community third space for EVERYONE. Wealth redistribution is a key part of building an inclusive and just economy and ending white supremacy.
A co-op member-owner share costs $175. We've already raised some money that will partially fund co-op member-ownership beginning with 10 households. Your additional donations here will allow us to fund them entirely!
100% of your donations will go towards Common Share Food Co-op member-ownership for our BIPOC Amherst area neighbors. Every amount helps!
