Contribute to funeral and Seonghwa costs

Our beloved community member, Joanna Hartl, ascended to the spiritual world on Monday

30th of May, a little before 18:00. She had been in the intensive care unit for five days, bravely fighting an infection in her kidneys, which spread to her lungs.

Joanna's passing was a shock for us all.

She was surrounded by prayers and love from the community. Her daughter Anna and Joanna's close friend Lari was at her bedside, and they were able to attend to her in her last moments.

The funds generated from this GoFundMe will help cover funeral costs (including the Seonghwa ceremony). With her keen organisational skills, Joanna would have been the best person

to set this up; I hope that I can do her justice.

Donating and using our funds for a higher purpose is not unusual for us; we know it is important to give, forget we have given and give again... Please let's band together and help support Anna Hartl in this time.
