Continue Jesse's legacy of helping others

~It’s never easy to lose a loved one, especially with many words left unsaid~

Jesse Schaffer’s life was unexpectedly cut short and ended at his home on September 28th , 2021.

Jesse was known to many as a Marine, Fire Fighter, Ohio State Trooper, and Police Officer. More notably, he served as a loving Son, Brother, Husband, Father, and Best Friend.

Undoubtedly, those who knew Jesse will tell you he was truly one-of-a-kind. His boisterous

personality and contagious smile were sure to fill the room. Aside from his witty sense of humor, Jesse

cared deeply for those around him. His life’s work clearly speaks to the sense fulfillment he received

from helping others. Day or night, rain or shine, he has been there for so many when the opportunity

arose.

There is so much to say about Jesse. For many, the void left from his passing goes much deeper

than missing his helping hand, his laughter, and his love. Although each of us carry different memories

of Jesse, I know they will be cherished forever.

In an effort to continue his legacy of helping others, I ask those who are able, to please help his wife Renee and their two children, Avery 8 and Maeve 8 months through this tragic time.
