Construction of dog shelter facility (Care4Life)

Dear animal lovers,

As we just start a new year, we would like nothing more than to finish in 2024 the construction on our new shelter facility for our rescue dogs in Turkey.

Care-4-Life is an animal rescue organization that has been helping to rescue and re-home dogs, especially Golden Retrievers from Turkey all over Germany for more than 19 years. Based in Stuttgart, we are especially proud of the opportunity we have enjoyed partnering with the U.S. military community here.

While Care-4-Life operates from Stuttgart, Germany, our shelter is located in the northern part of Turkey, an area known for difficult terrain and extreme climate, with cold, harsh winters and hot summers. At any given time, 250 dogs live at our shelter in Turkey. These dogs range in age and size, young and old, big and small.

Our new facility still needs a new roof. This will help ensure all of our dogs have a place to run, play and rest that is protected from the elements and the weather changes each season brings.

This is especially important for some of the dogs that may never find a permanent home with a family. These dogs, often old or sick, deserve a place where they can live out their days in peace and protection.

We ask for your donation to help us start this new year with our greatest wish to finish the roof on our new shelter for dogs most in need. Your generosity can help make this wish a reality.
