Conservation Programmes

Hi! My name is Esha, I'm a second year Honours Biology student at McMaster and over the summer of 2021 I am planning on attending a research assistant expedition with Operation Wallacea.

Operation Wallacea is an amazing biodiversity and conservation research organization that carries out research in different parts of the world including Croatia. They alongside with multiple universities provide data that is used to implement conservation management programmes.

They do amazing work and I would love to be a part of that this coming summer. However, I need help in raising funds to cover the costs of this expedition. The funds would cover costs for local accommodation, food and transport costs, field equipment, field support staff, and flights.

Being a part of this opportunity means a lot to me, unfortunately I am unable to cover all the costs myself. It means a lot that you are taking the time out of your day to read this and I am grateful for any donation that you are willing to give. Even if you are unable to donate anything, telling your friends, families, sharing this on social media, telling anyone you think might be interested in helping me raise money to be able to attend a conservation expedition in June 2021 means the world to me.
